Address Changes

We will not change your address in the system until we receive the two proofs of residency.

State auditors require us to have proof that every child we educate is a resident of the district or otherwise qualifies to be educated at the district.

To comply with that rule the district requires that we have two proofs of residency on file for each student for each address associated with the child.

Acceptable forms include:

• Current driver’s license, sales/lease agreement
• Current utility bill

In Skyward the is an Address Change Form.  You can go there to complete the form and upload your proofs of residency or send copies of them with your child to take to the office of the school they attend.
